We know how important the holiday season is for lingerie shoppers, whether to send and receive gifts, or simply to treat yourself! Depending on your location, there may be some shipping delays, so we're encouraging everyone to complete their holiday shopping as early as possible. Or avoid the rush and consider buying a digital gift card instead.

Important: If you need a guaranteed delivery before the holidays, we recommend ordering early. We cannot 100% guarantee a delivery date for the postal service (our standard tracked option), and even courier-based rush shipping times may vary based on your location or customs facilities. We have listed recommended order-by dates below, but we are not responsible for any delays with either couriers or the postal system, as their times may vary during this busy season.

Please note that our offices will be closed from December 18th to December 26th 2024, so no orders will be able to ship during that time.

Holiday order deadlines 2024

For delivery on or before Tuesday, December 24, please order by these dates, according to your shipping location:

United Kingdom: Order by December 16 for UPS express or December 14 for standard shipping. For any made-to-order* items, order by December 8.

European Union: Order by December 15 for UPS express or December 12 for standard shipping. For any made-to-order* items, order by December 6.

United States: Order by December 15 for UPS express or December 6 for standard shipping. For any made-to-order* items, order by November 28.

Other worldwide destinations: Order by December 14 for UPS express or December 3 for standard shipping. For any made-to-order* items, order by November 28.

*In stock and ready-to-ship items include all bralettes and underwear. Made-to-order items include lounge wear (robes, slips, camisoles, and tap pants), silk ruffled panties, suspender belts, and custom items.

Black Friday

Are you waiting for a Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale to shop? Well, we're not having one! We know that customers often feel pressured to shop during a small window of opportunity for flash sales, but you can rest assured that you're getting the best price every day of the year.

We don't ever offer general discount codes or seasonal sales to the public, because we don't believe in artificially inflating our prices to cover markdowns later, like most retailers do. Instead, we believe in providing you with fair, consistent pricing year-round, which allows us to give you beautiful, handcrafted lingerie, and our staff, contractors, and vendors living wages. Processing times

Our processing times vary according to the items ordered. For in-stock and ready to ship items, we ship within 1 business day, right through December 17th. (This includes all bras and knickers!) Our inventory of in-stock garments is constantly being updated, so please check back often. After December 17th, our offices will be closed for a holiday break.

Some of our designs are made-to-order, which is denoted on each product by a special "Made to order" tag right next to the add-do-cart button. Because Angela Friedman is a small business and we create everything in-house with ethical manufacturing practices, there's a limit to how quickly we can produce made-to-order garments. For made-to-order pieces only, please allow 1-2 weeks for production time in addition to the shipping time for your order. If you are purchasing both in-stock items (like bras and panties) and made-to-order items (like robes and suspender belts), please place 2 separate orders if you would like the in-stock pieces to ship immediately - Otherwise we will hold your entire order until it is ready to ship.

These are recommendations only. Later shipments may in fact arrive in time, although we cannot make guarantees after these dates. We aren't responsible for any unexpected shipping delays and no refunds will be given for delayed parcels, as we have no control over postal services or couriers once the parcels have left our office. Please plan ahead to avoid disappointment, or consider buying a digital gift card.
