Important Shipping & Tax Updates for US Customers

Recent changes in US trade policy mean that starting August 29th, 2025, the “de minimis” exemption came to an abrupt end. This rule had previously allowed international orders under $800 to enter the US without import duties or taxes. After that date, all imports (regardless of value) will now face customs duties, tariffs, and taxes.
To prepare, we’re updating our shipping methods and pricing so your orders continue to arrive smoothly, without surprise costs or delays. Please read on to understand these changes and how they may affect you.

Pricing: Our displayed prices for US customers now include all taxes, tariffs, customs duties, and fees. This new tax-inclusive policy is for all orders shipping to the USA, regardless of value.

Taxes pre-paid: All US orders are now shipped with a process called "Delivery Duty Paid" (DDP), meaning that we will pay the customs bill for you up front. Your order will arrive with no surprise tax bills, no extra payments, and no added customs delays.

What you pay is final: The total you see at checkout is the full and final price for your order, including all taxes and fees.

Great news: The Royal Mail and USPS have worked together to reinstate postal service shipments to the USA!

We are once again offering 2 shipment choices at checkout:

- Standard shipping: Postal Service via the Royal Mail and USPS (5-10 days to the USA)
- Express shipping: UPS Express (2-5 days to the USA)

Your shipments to the USA will NOT be charged any additional customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes - these fees are already included in the prices you see displayed on our products. Angela Friedman will pre-pay these taxes up front, so that you do not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
