Isabel slip

This is my first silk slip. I ordered a large. For reference, my measurements are 31.5” waist, 40” hip, and 32DD US bust.

This slip is bias cut, and it’s remarkably becoming for my figure. It manages to fall in such a way that it hugs my curves and feels fantastic!

My only qualm is how low the sheer panels dip on my body. The slip is also quite long, and far looser than other slips I’ve had. This might be because I’m a petite woman—4’11”— or a medium might have been a better fit.

At the cost of shipping and return, I didn’t feel comfortable ordering a medium to compare. While she recommended the large for me, I would feel better knowing whether the medium was a better fit. If you’re debating the two sizes, I recommend waiting for Angela to host an event where you can try the sizes on in person!

However, if you’re a more “standard” body type, go ahead and order! Angela’s slips are lovely and will make you feel wonderful, whether you use them as a nightgown or under a dress.
