Processing times:

In-stock: Lingerie items (bras and knickers) are in-stock and ready to ship. These items usually ship within 1 business day.

Sold out: Items that are sold out will often be restocked at some point in the future. To be notified when an item is back-in-stock or request a sold-out item to be made to order for you, please contact us.

Made-to-order: Loungewear items (slips, robes, and some other specialty pieces) are made-to-order and require additional processing time, with a time estimate listed on the product page below the "add to cart" button.

Shipping:

Standard transit times are as follows:

• UK: 2-3 days for standard or 1-2 days for express
• Europe: 4-8 days for standard or 2-4 days for express
• USA: 5-10 days for standard or 2-5 days for express
• Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks for standard or 3-7 days for express

All of these times are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. If you're in a rush, we suggest contacting us for suggestions or buying a digital gift card.

Taxes:

United Kingdom: Our displayed prices include 20% VAT for UK residents.

United States: All taxes, tariffs, and import duties are now included in your displayed prices (as of August 21, 2025.) We are now collecting all necessary import taxes up front and paying them on your behalf, so you will receive your order hassle-free and without any customs delays or unexpected tax bills. For more information, please read our full statement on US taxes.

European Union: You may be charged VAT and customs fees by the courier or postal service upon delivery. Our displayed prices do not include VAT for EU residents, so your displayed prices are already 20% lower to accommodate for being charged taxes at the port of entry.

Rest of the world: Our displayed prices do not include taxes, but your local government may levy import duty or customs fees at the port of entry, which are your responsibility to pay. If you're unsure about what fees you may owe, please contact your local authority prior to ordering.

Packaging:

We offer 2 packaging choices at checkout:

• Standard Packaging: Your items will arrive flat wrapped in tissue paper in a plain cardboard box.
• Luxe Packaging: Your items will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in a luxury magnetic gift box, perfect for a premium unboxing experience. Learn more about Luxe packaging here.

Express orders:

Express shipping is via UPS for international orders and Royal Mail next day service for the UK. Express options generally take 1 day for the UK, 2-4 days for Europe, 2-5 days for the US and Canada, and 4-7 days for the rest of the world. Our rush shipping options do not include processing times. If you must have delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

How to measure yourself:

Bust: Circumference around the fullest part of the chest - Not the same as bra size
Underbust: Circumference around the ribcage where the bra band sits
Waist: The smallest part of the natural waist, 1-2" above the navel
High hip: Circumference around the hip bones, where a low-rise waistband sits
Low hip: Circumference around the fullest part of the bottom, 7-9" below the waist

Additional notes:

• Bra size: Our bralettes are best suited to a B or C cup size, although many customers who wear A or small D cups are also happy with the fit. If you wear a larger cup size, you may be prefer our custom size options. Please note that our bralettes are all wire-free and do not contain any padding.
• If you fall in between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size (except for silk ruffle panties, which have adjustable ties), especially for lounge wear. You'll want a bit of wearing ease for movement.
