Shipping policy

Processing times:

In-stock: Lingerie items (bras and knickers) are in-stock and ready to ship. These items usually ship within 1 business day.

Sold out:  Items that are sold out will often be restocked at some point in the future. To be notified when an item is back-in-stock or request a sold-out item to be made to order for you, please contact us.

Made-to-order: Loungewear items (slips, robes, and some other specialty pieces) are made-to-order and require additional processing time, with a time estimate listed on the product page below the "add to cart" button.

Packaging:

We offer 2 packaging options at checkout: With Standard Packaging, your items will arrive flat wrapped in tissue paper in a plain cardboard box. With Luxe Packaging, your items will arrive in a luxury magnetic gift box, perfect for a premium unboxing experience. Learn more about Luxe packaging here.

Shipping times:

Standard transit times are as follows:

• UK: 2-3 days for standard or 1-2 days for express
• USA: 5-10 days for standard (express shipping not available)
• Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks for standard or 3-7 days for express

All of these times are in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. If you're in a rush, we suggest contacting us for suggestions or buying a digital gift card. Please understand that sometimes there may be delays due to customs processing or your local postal facilities.

Shipping rates:

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £250, applied automatically at checkout. (This also applies for other currencies.) For smaller orders, our rates depend on the weight and shipping service as follows.

• Free standard shipping (worldwide) for orders over £250 GBP

For smaller value orders:

• United Kingdom: standard £3-6, express £7-15
• United States: standard £10-16, express £30-43
• Other worldwide destinations: standard £10-16, express £30-43

Taxes:

United Kingdom: Our displayed prices include 20% VAT for UK residents.

United States: All taxes, tariffs, and import duties are now included in your displayed prices (as of August 21, 2025.) We are now collecting all necessary import taxes up front and paying them on your behalf, so you will receive your order hassle-free and without any customs delays or unexpected tax bills. For more information, please read our full statement on US taxes.

Rest of the world: Our displayed prices do not include taxes, but your local government may levy import duty or customs fees at the port of entry, which are your responsibility to pay. If you're unsure about what fees you may owe, please contact your local authority prior to ordering.

Express orders:

Express shipping is via UPS for international orders and Royal Mail next day service for the UK. Express options generally take 1 business day for the UK, 2-5 business days for the US and Canada, and 4-7 business days for the rest of the world. Our rush shipping options do not include processing times. Our order processing times do not include weekends, national, or Jewish holidays.

If you must have delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that it will be possible. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel is with the courier. Any parcels that are returned-to-sender (due to not accepting the delivery, taxes or duties unpaid, or other reasons due to the buyer/recipient), will incur additional fees for your choice of reshipment or a 15% restocking fee, as well as forwarding costs and any taxes and fees associated.

Worldwide shipping policies:

For orders outside the United Kingdom, exact transit time cannot be guaranteed due to import regulations of other countries. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs holds. Government authorities require us to list the true retail value of all items shipped overseas, and no items will be marked as a gift. Items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any of these fees. Parcels that are returned to sender due to undeliverable address, a refusal to pickup, or refusal to pay duties will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Currency:

We use a multiple-currency app to offer real exchange rates for those outside of the UK. Our default currency is GBP, but you may see currency listed as Euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, etc dependent on your location. Note that our prices for UK residents include 20% sales tax (VAT), which you will see as a separate line item upon checkout. If you use a VPN or other technology to avoid paying tax by checking out in another currency, we reserve the right to bill you separately for VAT or cancel the purchase.
